Akçaba Communications is a privately-held company found in March 2005 with an executive team of IT/Communications professionals.

Akçaba Comm chose to specialize in the field of communications, offering products and services complementary to each other. Their short-term plan is to become a value-added reseller of telephony products by providing software enhancements to these systems. Their ultimate goal is to become a leader in the ICT sector in Cyprus, and achieve international success within telecommunications field. The company policy, a combination of high-grade technical know-how, premium field experience, and excellent customer service, is the recipe to achieve this goal, and differentiate the firm from its competitors. Akçaba Comm provides planning, engineering and project management services for telecom transmission networks, broadband wireless access networks, network management systems and broadcast facilities.

In 2006, the company has invested its part of capital and know-how in the fiber optics field, and now is the only private company with a certified team of installers, fiberoptic fusion splicer and OTDR equipment in northern part of Cyprus. As the next step in the company's proficiency in the fiber optics field, Akçaba Comm intends to produce fiber optic pigtails and patchcords locally.  Akçaba Comm offers its customers turn-key solutions - from project consultancy and management services for infrastructure works, fiber optic cabling and termination, sales and after-sales support of end-user transmission equipment.
